i asked the same question on a different forum and got told very clearly to stay away from mexico for transplants , which is a shame. but if there are any recommends i'de still be interested in investigating
Dr. Luis Nader in Reynosa Mexico has some good reviews and reasonable price. More difficult to contact email is usually the best. Hair restoration network has some information.
