Ive had a long running problem dealing with seborrhoeic dermatitis and telogen effluvium. At the moment I seem to be going through a SD flare up again so was wondering what shampoo you think Is best to treat it based on the ones I use / own at the moment:
- Nizoral - meant to be the best but it has SLS in it which I think affects my sensitive scalp as I sometimes used to get soreness / irritation when I used to use it
- Neutrogena T Gel - seems to be effective but also has SLS and dries my hair out
- Regenepure Dr - no SLS but not sure how effective this is for SD (only bought this once my SD began to decrease)
- Lipogaine Shampoo - as above
Im just worried as I don't want to further irritate my scalp and lose even more hair but I also want to get rid of the SD ASAP as I was finally so happy to not feel any itch / burning despite my hair loss ...
