Since I can't find anyone to answer, how is it possible for someone's hair to get worse on finasteride with thinning spots on the hairline, but absolutely 0 shedding. The only hair coming out is when I brush, which is normal. Yet my hair is worse. How can 0 shedding make my hair worse?!

Then go see a dermatologist and should you have male pattern baldness I would use the BIG3 with hair oils and a derma roller. Alternatively look into Topical Finasteride as that’s what I use, see the thread I created below.
