I don't use zinc because I read somewhere on here that it actually (over time), can decrease hair shaft thickness, where as Nizoral (ketoconazole) can actually increase the hair shaft thickness.. dunno if any of it is true but I don't bother with zinc anyway so eff-it.

Another thing, copper peptides have been shown in studies to stimulate growth and repair wounds.. zinc doesn't have that claim to fame.

zix is an experimental treatment.

copper peptides have been tested and shown to work, at least a little bit, for hair loss.

test zix and it will be right up there with copper peptides, in two seconds flat.

dont test it and we have no real way to quantify its effectiveness.

you can give it a try if you want. you're already using a million things.
