Which Norwood Level Is That? Need Help Asap

Hello, I’m 22 years old. I’ve had a buzz cut a while ago and now my hair is starting to grow a lil bit longer. Is that NW1 or NW2? Am I balding? Keep in mind that I’ve always had a big forehead. Appreciate your help

Sine I had my buzz cut my scalp started to get dandruff and itching
