That is a vast array of Nizoral packaging! I get Nizoral 2% which comes in a box like this in the UK:

I've never seen 1%. There is also a 5% version in the UK, but this is only available with a prescription.

1.) I believe Nizoral does act as a mild DHT blocker but Nizoral alone won't stop you losing your hair.

2.) The main ingredient of Nizoral is ketoconazole.

3.) I'm sure any other shampoo containing ketoconazole will be pretty much the same as Nizoral.

4.) I think it's the ketoconazole that is a mild DHT blocker so any ketoconazole shampoo should work.
