Which Hairline Do You Think Looks Best?

Now if we forget the fact that balding occurs. One thing I think and my friends agree with this: a Norwood 2 hairline actually looks the best?

Many people here would of course prefer a norwood 0-1 becasuse it's safer and show no hairloss at all. But as I said, if we forget the fact that you go bald, which hairline do you think look the best?

Me personally I think a short forehead or a very straight line looks weird. But ofc I would like one becasue then I would be further away from male pattern baldness.

So if we just talk about the looks and forget balding. Which hairline do you guys think look the best?

So to give you an idea. I will post two pictures. I would rather pic the hair of Johnny depp than Brad pitt, if I knew my hair would stay that way.

Just to clarify, there is no such thing as a NW0, a NW1 is a juvenile hairline...

Anyway, somewhere between 2 & 3 looks good to me as long as it's not thin. Has a bit more "character", in my opinion of course.

I know there is no nw0. But if you look at the Norwood scale, the nw1 has very tiny temples. Then there are some people who doesnt even have temples, i call them a nw0.

Even my juveline hairline/boyish hairline had temples

Yeah as long as it's thick and stays that way. I like the M shape look.

Yea me too. I know its weird for me as a young man to start think about the older days, but when I get older this is thew hairstyle i really want to have (I am already prematurely getting white hair...dads genes)

Best looking hairline is one with the most angularity. That is, comes up from front edges of sideburns, back slightly then curving forward again, both sides to meet about 1/4"-1/2" below the height of curvature of calvarium and frontal bone and at the midline of the forehead in a slight widow's peak.

Would have to know I would keep the hairline forever though. Definitely not a NW1 there; Hair looked best when it was around there. Then the temples started going further so I had to use my center hairline to hide the temples, and then the center started thinning and sh*t hit the fan.
