Which alcohol concentration is best when making topic. spironolactone

here in sweden I can only buy 40 % booze and that sucks. Don´t I need at least 70 % to make an easily absorbed solution?

I think the stuff is called everclear

You need Ethyl alcohol, which you may be able to pick up at a pharmacy. Everclear 190(proof) can be used as a substitute, which is 95% alcohol. 22ml Ethyl, 8ml Polypropylene Glycol (glycerine may be substituted) and 600mg spyrotone.

If you cant find Ethyl or Everclear 190, you can try working with what you got, but you will probably have to use less spyrotone.
