I read somewhere whey isolate is bad in terms of hair loss- but I'm looking to get whey protein after workouts back in my diet. Any feedback/data here?
i drink 4 whey shakes a day and about half a gallon of milk a day
does it affect it? idk and i dont care because somewhere out there, there is a nw1 that can drink all the milk and whey he wants and stay nw1 for his whole life
so i say EFF t and put my faith in finasteride
Noticed any differences in the gym or your body while on finasteride? I'm on the fence and asking any question I can think of
