Did get it in a reasonable time. Is pretty good, it does shed more than NWL and loses its colour fast. All was OK except I tried to order another one and they wanted to shake me down, first person that I initially chatted with online was great they shipped the unit to me for $160. OK got the unit and its fine, wanted to order another one and they said its $210 plus shipping of $45, told them $255 is almost $100 more than last month, they didnt care. I wont let them try and screw me out of money so yep no order.

My friend was just quoted $280 for a hybrid system from them, add $45 for shipping an 5% PayPal fee on top of that.
