Retired 0.05% 30g (Retacnyl) (farmaciaenandorra.com) sell spanish tretinoin, imo it's better than the I.P tret you'd get on most of the grey net pharmacies.

Another option is to use retinol...easily available although not as effective. I found this which would make it easy to add to min:
