Where do I buy pure tested CB 03 01

I just want the real thing. I don’t care if it is pricey. I will try a small dose. My hairloss is not that aggressive anyway, but I feel I need to add something, without sides of course. Minoxidil and needling alone won’t cut it.
And can I get it shipped to Europe without any issues?
