Where Am I On The Norwood Scale? Advice

Hi I'm 21 years old and first started noticing hair loss around a year ago, I'm just wondering how advanced my hair loss looks and what advice you have regarding hair loss treatments and hair transplants? I bought some finasteride a few months ago but I'm hesitant to start it as I've read there can be some really bad side effects. Also if anyone would know the rough U.K. cost for getting a hair transplant for this level of hair loss then please let me know.
