That's what I thought. Do you think norwood 2 is too receded for slicked back hairstyles to look good?

In your case it would look fine, slicked back look can look good on NW3 given there's a fair amount of density (which you have) so I wouldn't worry about hairstyles looking bad at this point as your hair overall still looks really good.

Edit: I just noticed you might be thinning a bit in front so maybe try to avoid thenslicked back look for now imo
