I get lots of messages from people each day asking me to explain stuff or fine tune their regimen. I don't don't mind answering them, as long as it will benifit many people and not just one person who is selfishly trying to get info for himself without everyone else hearing it.
I realize that since I don't browse every thread, some people are tempted to send PM's. Instead of asking your question in your PM, you need to make a post, in the right forum, preferably in a thread of that same topic of one does not already exist, and then copy the link to that post and PM that to me. I will then follow the link to the post and post a reply that everyone else can see.
Next time someone sends me a PM that others may need to hear, I'll send that person a link to this post. The next time I get a PM from that person that does not have a link to a post, I'll just delete it.
Please feel free to continue asking questions, but do so in a way that will benifit everyone.
jayman has been one of the biggest perpetrators on this, but I don't mind too much since at least he posts a lot of replies to other people's questions, and now is at over 800 posts.
