When Rogaine and Propecia lose their effectiveness - dutasteride?

I posted this on another forum but didn't get much of response. Hoping some people out there can give me an answer.

I've been on Propecia ten years and rogaine foam five years. Decent results with both but their effectiveness has waned over a period of five years. I don't know if propecia is still doing much but I continue to take it along with the foam. I also use Nizoral shampoo twice a week.

I'm returning to the point I was at prior to using the foam and I want to halt this as best I can. So I'm considering adding dutasteride to my regimen either in place of propecia or along with it. Any advice here would be appreciated.

Also what results can I hope to get using dutasteride? Any regrowth possible/likely after all this time on other meds? Or, like Propecia, is its job mainly to slow down further loss?

Having had reasonable results previously on Propecia and Rogaine can one expect to do as well with dutasteride?

Appreciate your help! Thanks!
