when is the best time to take propecia to u guys think? Before Bed or in the morning? What do u guys do? Ive heard alot of people say that they take it before they sleep, just wondering if this is very common. Dont most hormones get secreted while we sleep so doesnt that mean taking it before bed would be better? thanks ur replies would be much appreciated.

Propecia intake doesnt matter just be sure to take it every 24 hrs.

Its not like a bodybuilding supp

You testosterone levels are higest in the morning until lunch.

The best time to take the pill would be at 4 or 5 in the morning.

I suspect taking a pill every day would build up a fairly constant circulating serum level as finasteride has a long half life, so anytime would be good.

I posted this a few weeks ago and the feedback that I received was to take it on an empty stomach that way your body can fully absorb it. Testosterone levels are the highest in the morning as far as I have read anyway from various sites.

I personally take mine every morning between 8 and 10, heh. Like it was said, as long as your dosage is consistant (every 24 hours), you should build up a good consistant circulating level of DHT anyway, so it doesn't really matter.
