When do you, and how often, use Leave in Conditioner?

So just wondering when is a good time to use leave in Conditioner, and how often do u, and can you use it?
Does using it daily shorten life of the hair system?

Do you need to wash it out after a certain amount of time?

My stylist just told me to use as needed, and when the hair looks dry.

Also, any styling products, that dont damage the hair anyone reccomend?

Daily, spray in. During summer with UV protection. Use it as a styling agent.

Finally found this online and have ordered it just now!

@Jake1979 I use a leave-in conditioner daily in the morning, and sometimes 2 or 3 times a day if I am re-working the style. I don't feel there is any harm - in fact it helps keep the hair healthier for longer (considering there is no natural oil from your scalp nourishing like it does for real hair). I also find that leave-in conditioner is great for (lightly) holding a hairstyle too, instead of using gels or hairspray.
