When do the bloody dots (grafts) start to fall?

Can somebody tell me when I will be able to take off my hat after the surgery jas be done? I mean when the grafts will start to fall.

A good majority of the grafts will tend to shed with the scabs (usually 6-8 days) As falceros mentioned, the remaining grafts may endure the following week ot two, before experiencing effluvium. As a rule of thumb, 5% of the fresh grafts may never shed and continue the growth cycle immediate post op, although with patient variance. In extraordinary cases, 10% or more is experienced.

About 25 to 30 percent of grafts from my last surgery remained in anagen and continued to grow. Presently, they are still growing, everything else went into telogen.
