I know a lot of people on these forums have experienced gynecomastia, a horrendous side effect of taking finasteride but I was wondering how you specifically first noticed it? I've seen a lot of people on these forums first experience soreness in their breast tissue and it seems to be pretty common but I would like to hear what other people have to say. I myself believe I started experiencing gyno, not 100% sure but I stopped to be safe.

One other question, when you touch your breast tissue what does it feel like?

I'm not sure.

I developed gyno on my left anus hole a while back and it wasn't really sore, but rather more enjoyable in the sense that when i touched my gyno developed anus hole i would basically bust a nut of pleasure

my right one was sore but that was from doing all the glute exercises from when i was training to become a professional football player so it was understandable

okay im not serious, im actually curious about this since i just started taking finasteride

I've had absolutely no gynecomastia taking 0.5 mg of Dutasteride daily.

I know that the questions don't apply to me, though here's what I've seen males describe when developing gynecomastia:

-Puffy Nipples
-Breast Soreness
-Enlargement of Breasts
-Breast Tenderness
-Feeling like they could feed a baby with their Nipples
-Extreme Breast Pain
-Discharge in one Nipple or both Nipples

Those are the symptoms that I've read which describe gynecomastia.

I would get little bouts of shocks to Mt nipples. Swelling and itchiness but I was in denial for a bit cause I never had the pain that everyone talks about

I developed slight gyno. However, I don't know if it was there prior to taking finasteride or not. But whether it was or not, it didn't hurt.

I'm gonna preface this by saying im trans so i dont know if HRT boobs are exactly the same thing as what normal guys get when they develop gynecomastia but im pretty sure it is at least really similar

So far I've experienced:
-enlargement of the areola
-puffyness
-slightly sore at first, then after a few weeks its downright painful to the touch

im only a month into hrt though so things may change/get worse over the coming months.

I have been on finasteride 1mg daily for almost 2 months and I get the occasional nipple itch and discomfort but when I touch my chest or nipples, I don't feel any pain. My nipples are slightly more puffy, but this could be in my head. I'll be visiting my doctor soon to make sure.
