When can i use Ketaconazole after hair transplant? Anyone with experience?

Well i have been looking around, i suffer all my life with ds, and i want to start using again ketoconazole 2% or 1% so start,
when can i start using it? i have read people saying from 7 days to months,
it have been 2 week since my transplant, any experience, recommendation?

please dont say ask your doctor, since he hesitate a lot,
