When can I get a dropper for minoxdil liquid from?

I've been doing some research and it seems the most effective means of applying rogaine is through the dropper method, as the spray sometimes gets consumed by hair before it reaches the scalp.
Unfortunately, the regaine I purchased only comes with a spray top or a rub on top, I'm not sure where I can get an elusive dropper from?
