What's your LAST hope when the Big 3 fail?

Besides a hair transplant, when the Big 3 start to fade (for those that are on the Big 3) what treatment will you likely give a shot?

or

Dutasteride?

Dutasteride would be your last hope. If that doensn't work then nothing will imo. Just focus on being healthy, in shape, and looking good.

Probably nothing, I dont think id bother trying dutas or xandrox, just accept defeat!

well the question is, ..WHY would all of those fail for a person, when they're proven to work,....and also, why bother with a hair transplant, when you'll likely need just SO SO much, which would mean spending so much money that, ...it just wouldn't be worth it.

also i've been coming here in the last 10 years,

and there haven't been ANY significant advancements.
