You have a very different look these days.
I shaved my head for a movie. Then (Dancing with the Stars) came up and I didn't have time to grow it back. They said, "If you didn't grow your hair back that would be great." I've been able to throw away all of the hair products. I haven't had a brush or a hairdryer in six or seven months. People either love it or they hate it. But I sort of like it, so who cares?

haha yes, thats why u have no hair because u HAD to shave it for a movie role. you dont do movies anymore. and im sure the people said please joey from blossom, dont grow your hair back.

Good excuse! Dancing on TV now....Eastern time

"I saw Joey Lawrence at the barber's. He was very cool to me, but he was upset about his hair. He told me his hair is receding rapidly. His father is completely bald, and he's balding as well." (Posted: May 2002)

Guys that use roids' see their skin "thin" somewhat over time. It ages the face somewhat. Believe it or not, Jose Cansceco used to have a "pretty" face when he was first in baseball. "Pretty" as in almost as pretty as a woman over the top of a muscular body. As the years went on his beard got very thick (5 o'clock shadow all the time) and his face got "square" and very masculine.

Joey Lawrence at the very least has a trainer and a high protien diet, and probably does a little MetRX and Creatine. He "might" have piddled with roids, but I bet the minute his hair started to thin, he'd have JUMPED off of them. Id be suprised if his agent didnt' have him on finasteride and nizoral already. Looks are your living until your old and a "character" actor in hollywood.

Not saying it isn't true, but what evidence do you have that steroids "thin" your skin? Corticosteroids like hydrocortisone do if applied topically, but I've never heard that being an effect of anabolic steroids. I also doubt if they affect bone structure and make your face "square", that is more likely to be a consequence of excessive use of growth hormone.

Joey looks like he has definitely been on steroids to me, anyone who has done any real training knows how hard it would be to get his physique with just MetRx and creatine.

Likely the opposite is true. Women who get sex changes report that their skin thickens.

Just goes to show that it can happen to the best of us! :D
He has the advantage of being handsome but not having hair is taking its effect on his looks overal.
I dont think he's on steriods probably spends a lot of time at the gym after all his career depends on his looks. (rather than any acting talent).

I dont understand why Joey Lawrence qualifies as "the best of us"? What exactly has he contributed to soceity?

Anyway believe what you want, but Ive used and been around steroids users the past 15 years, I can usually tell if somebody uses and looking at his photos I am about 90% sure he has run them at some point.

By 'the best of us' I mean't that even a guy who is known predominantly for his appearance, and at his most famous his main attribute was his big mullet hairstyle. Its almost ironic that he's now losing it and its taking its toll on his appearance. I dont think that he's a steroid user, yes he has muscles and definition but he's hardly a massive 250lb bulky guy is he? His look is more athletic than powerful and I personaly have been training for years without steroids and am not too far of his size and shape. If he has been on roids then they hav'nt worked.

You dont have to be 250lbs and ripped to use steroids. Check out some fitness forums, there are a lot of 175lb steroids users also.

Clearly he does not have the look of someone who runs long heavy cycles, but I think it explains some of the vast differences in muscularity in those photos.

I'd rather look like Joey Lawrence and lose my hair than look like me and never lose my hair. This guy looks good with or without hair. We should all be so lucky.

And you can get as big as him without steroids. I don't use steroids and I'm nearly as built as him.

Steroids and thinning of skin......................

A doctor on the radio was discussing how HE could tell when an athlete uses roid's. He said there is thinning and ageing of facial skin that is one of the first things he looks for. He was a doctor, so Im guessing he knows what he was talking about. I never forgot that and as I thought about it became obvious to me when considering the users I know of. All of them have aged in the face a little too much for their years.

Roid's are bad news long term. You can obtain a nice, muscular physique the natural way. There is no reason to want to look freakinshly muscular. Its actually a turn -off for most women.

Does nobody see that he is having a receding hairline? the two bald spots in the temples area?

I don't see a receeding hairline in ALL pics.. only a few pics from this page, it looks he is in the early stages of balding:

http://www.bentblog.com/art20677686.htm

But most pics clearly show a FULL HEAD OF HAIR... Are you not exaggerating?

I know lots of women who even have higher natural hairlines as the one of this guy.. And those girls are considered hot and nobody says they are losing hair, because infact they are not. I think we sometimes exaggerate and make things look worse than they are. While normal people will never say or notice anything.

Greetings.

P.D:I don't know if you are looking at the same pics as me.. but just an example, in this pic I see a GREAT FULL HEAD OF HAIR, seriosly:
