What's this?? (grafficle illustrashyun)

I made this with Microsoft paint and it's an illustration of my hair (sorta).
Anyway, Im just wondering about the tiny black hairs growing lower on the forehead, while thinner nonpigmented vellus hair is right above the small black hairs, and even higher is my hairline. It doesn't make sense to me. Take a look.
