What's the point on creams and serums?

Do you use hair creams and serums? Are they better than other holding products? Which is better: cream or serum? Thanks!

In my opinion and experience, there is no 'best' holding product. You just have to try different things out and see what works best for you and your hair (system or bio hair). Even things like hair mousse, light gel, light hold hair spray, hair wax etc can work for hair systems if used in the right way.

Just use leave-in conditioner sprays. They're good for the hair and provide a light, natural hold.

I have used various brands like Aussie or Revlon Equave. Currently testing out a collagen spray but too early to know results.
