hi! ok, now i need to do more about my hair loss. i am on finasteride 1 year and 1 month, and since month 7 it stopped working good. i am loosing really ground in this battle. my hair in very bad right now. i need to do somethink to have the success that i had in the begginning of propecia.so i have two choices i think. one is go for minoxidil, but that is a sh*t have to apply that twice a day the rest of my life. the other choose is change for dutasteride, and than latter if the things dont go better add minoxidil with dutasteride. what you think is the best choice? i have some questions too. if i apply the minoxidil only one time a day do i will have some results? and if i apply the minoxidil one time a day but not every day? like one day i apply and the next i dont, and then the next day apply again....? i am honesty this scenario is the one i think i can go, becouse i dont know if i have time to apply this every day. other question is, if i start using dutasteride, if i use dutasteride one day than use finasteride 2 days, than use dutasteride again and than finasteride more two day and so on... Can this bring me some results? i am saying this becouse as all me know the big weapons me have to fight against the hair loss is finasteride, dutasteride, and minoxidil. i am 25 right now, and if i go to dutasteride it can work for some more time but again it will loose his efficacy, and in that time i will have nothing more stronger to fight my hair loss, but in oher hand if i use i little bit of dutasteride and continue using finasteride maybe it can do some good results for some time and when it stops working i can go to only dutasteride and have some more time! do you understands what i am saying guys? sorry my f*****g english!:)

You don't have to apply minoxidil twice per day for the rest of your life. You can apply it however frequently you choose.

Adding topical ketoconazole (e.g., Nizoral shampoo) and/or topical spironolactone to finasteride would be a better choice than switching to dutasteride. Start with Nizoral and minoxidil.

Yes to all of the above. No one can say whether you'll see noticeable results from any frequency of application, but I think that all of those schedules are likely of some benefit.

The time commitment is minimal, perhaps 15-30 seconds or so. Less if you train for speed. Squirt about one mL of the solution onto your scalp after brushing your teeth, and rub it in with your fingertips.

You don't have time to apply Minoxidil twice a day?!

What are you doing over there, Kip -- curing cancer?

I think you can spare ten seconds twice a day.

You're probably just going through a shedding cycle.

You're one lazy son of a gun if you can't spare 2 minutes per day.

No, you will not have the same results. If you do an uncommitted, half-*** job with your regimen, you'll get results in kind. Don't even waste your money if you're not going to be consistent and/or use as directed.

Yes, it will drive you insane and expose you to the potential side effects of two drugs instead of one. You're overcomplicating things.

Yes, your English is atrocious...but I think your scheme above is equally misguided.
