What's the best way to get the best results without losing too much ground

So what's everyone opinion on trying to beat the Norwood reaper.. stay on finasteride 6 months or jumping straight on finasteride + min + microneedling

I'm 36 Norwood 2 with diffuse thinning been on finasteride 3 weeks so obviously not going to see change yet but is it best to jump on the big 3 to get the thickness back aswell as stopping further loss....pic with wet and dry hair

Lol im also nw2 diffuse and 36. No medication worked for my hair. Not dutasteride/finasteride so im on RU and oral min only atm.

Finasteride, minoxidil, 1.5 dermaroller once a week.
