Whats the best type of T-Gel?

there are several types of t-gel shampoo so i want to make sure i get the right kind. which one should i look for? i used nizoral before and it completely f*cked my hair up....way too harsh and didnt do anything about peeling skin on my scalp. some people say t-gel is too harsh as well and im a little hesitant to try with coal tar an ingredient. i mean........puttin coal tar in your hair? can that really be good? doesnt sound like it is.

you should use a conditioner with nizoral.
