i have some liquid finasteride and nizoral ive been using. how often should i take finasteride a day?

You best shot would be to use oral finasteride since topical finasteride effectiveness is not conclusive. You could also add minoxidil in as a growth stimulator.

It depends how advanced your hair loss is. If it's not very bad, you could get away without minoxidil because finasteride will let you keep what you have and will probably fill in the areas that you've lost already. If you've already lost a lot, minoxidil will help you regrow.
