Yeah I was watching The Young Apprentice UK and I noticed that too! I was wondering if anyone noticed that.
I couldn't believe it the first time I saw it, I had to rewind the clip. It looks like a thick slab of dermmatch. Those British folks have a lot more balls than us North American guys do.

Really? he must've been a NW4 before then I dont remember that. As hairhoper said its more the density thats suprising and I think it would have been pretty hard to get a secret hair transplant with his schedule. Rooney did'nt manage to keep his hidden neither did Gordon Ramsey.
I'd suggest he's just on treatments with some concealers thrown in for good measure, but it is hard to believe that when they first came out about 10 yrs ago he looked to be in the early stages of hairloss.
