It means you're most likely a troll or are completely tripping. At least for the moment. Your hair looks thick. Weed can make you paranoid.

Two questions:
1. Why do you wonder if you are thinning? Have you found it more difficult to comb your hair? Have you felt any difference in consistency?
2. How old are you?
It does not seem you have thinning, except for the vertex that in that picture would seem probably just a little bit thinner than it could be. Or maybe it is just the lighting, that particular picture is unclear.

I'm 20 , I think that people aren't getting that my hairline made me wonder and that's what I was mostly curious about , I wasn't specific enough

why is your hair line so short? did you have it cut like that? If that's it's natural growth, then imo that's a definite concern. idk why other people didn't say this...

has it always been that way? could be miniaturizing in the hairline, idk. the hair looks thick there though and that's why it's confusing.

I do have a widows peak and I always buzz it to make a hairline instead of it sticking out so maybe that's why not sure . I went to the dermatologist and he said it looked fine but I wanted other opinions

oh, so you DID buzz your hairline? well, that's why it's short silly. No real signs of male pattern baldness. Maybe take a pic when your hair is wet under bright lights and post it. then we can give you more advice.

That's my hair wet , I also moved my hair to the sides to show this line more down the middle
