What's Going On With My Hair? Bald Patch

Hairs pretty thick on top. Seem to have some sort of thinning/balding patch way below the crown area.

Anyone got any ideas? Am I just going bald or does this look like alopecia or something (23 years old)

This is probably nothing, it's not located in your crown area, or any dht sensitive area
