Hi All

Just a general question, I am suffered for hair loss over last 2 years on an off. It seemed to kick off or magnify after significant weight loss and has kept slowing coming out every since, I still have a reasonable amount of hair and would to try to hold on to it.

I have a large family and one of my brothers was affected by baldness, all others including my parents didn't, so I may have some genetic exposure given my brother suffered.

In terms of getting to the root cause in my case, is it best to go see a specialist ? are there some basic tests they can run to get to the root cause ?

Thanks in advance

Yes, go get it checked, but in the vast majority of cases it is male pattern baldness and not a vitamin deficiency or anything like that.

Hi Jazz1, live in Harrow close to Wembley, you have any recommendations on Drs ?
Ah I’m from london as well, problem with private doctors is they charge so much money. You could try a free consult with the Belgravia clinic? I use to go there now use this place in America works out way cheaper. I could help you out but first determine and check if you have male pattern baldness.....
