Whats best for diffuse thinning on temples or hairline?

I have increase diffuse thinning in temples and crown..Whats the best for those temples abd thr front? Ive heard xandrox, spironolactone, dutas, finasteride...What route do I take?

Me personally I would try finasteride, and use the Hair max Laser comb. That way you can help control the thinning, and help strengthen your front hair line. The stronger the hair is, the thicker it becomes and the more healther your scalp will be.
Just a suggestion.

I would go for finasteride too. Minoxidil would work well with it and xandrox has stronger concentration of it. You could use both.
