If its Telogen Effluvium then there is no point in taking finasteride.That stuff is meant for male pattern baldness....If it is male pattern baldness then finasteride would certainly help.

I dont think finasteride can be of any harm if it is Telogen Effluvium.This is just my opinion though,consult a good derm before doing anything.

I honestly think its male pattern baldness, i'm going to start finasteride and nizoral 2% and see what happens :/

lol im not stressing, just want to start and take action.

i think im gonna start 1mg propecia everyday, and 1% nizoral every 2 days?

is that too often to use 1% nizoral?

And also, do I use another shampoo after I use Nizoral?

And what shampoo should I use on days when I don't use Nizoral, I heard T Gel is good

No that dosage is just about appropriate.You can use T-Gel or any regular shampoo on other days.

You dont have to use another shampoo after using Nizoral.

Thank you sir, sorry if I sound annoying I just really want to get a routine together and concentrate on college.

So basically my routine will be

1mg Finasteride (Finpecia) everyday

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - 1% Nizoral after workout
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays - T-Gel or another shampoo after cardio

I think I may start with 0.5mg propecia in the first 1-2 months, then adjust accordingly.
