What would you do if your where me? regimen start.

I have to start doing something now! My temples has reeceded 1cm the last month, and is thinning out fast!.

Ive been on finasteride before, but had errection problems. Its more than a year ago. Now im doing nothing, because I cant decide my regimen.

What would you do if you where me?

finasteride and dim, to fight the sides?

finasteride, dim, and minoxidil?

spironolactone and minoxidil?

Go natrual, eat beta-s, f-seed, and greentea pils.

Fluridil?

minoxidil with azelaid acid, or retin-a..?

My head is filled up with possibel treatments....but its sooo confusing....cant choose...

How long have your temples been receeding?

Do you have thinning or baldness on the back of your head?

Do you suffer from irritation on your scalp?

and finally,

How much has the loss of your hairline integrity progressed? Are you satisfied with where it is now, and perhaps a little thickness strengthening of your existing hairline would be okay, or, are you REALLY wanting a shot to improve your hairline, which might require a more tedious regimen?

Answer these, and we'll come back with some recommendations...

Ah okay, here some more info, as my nickname surgest, I was born i 82. Making me 23 years.

My temples has receeded slowly the last 5 years, then suddenly, the loss has accelerated the last few months..

The hair on the back of my scalp is great, ive got a big cowlick there, but the hair is thick.

And there is absolutely no irretation on my scalp.

And to answer the last Q, Im a norwood 2 now, but thinning futhere on in the front. If I by some kind of miracel could keep my hairline by thickend the thinning parts up, it would be fantastic.

My aim is thickening up, and just save what is to save!! yea and dont get a dick that dosnt respond to boobs agian..

Definitely start Nizoral, or a Ketoconazole shampoo 2-3 times a week.

You might consider Minoxidil... it would definitely help you keep what you got for a while and thicken it up, as it did for me. Given your youth, I'd definitely recommend a low-PPG minoxidil, such as Dr Lee's, for you, as it's got a nice thin viscosity that's easier to apply than standard "Rogaine" and dries very quickly.

Another option would be spironolactone, which is another topical application that attacks male pattern baldness in a similar fashion as Finasteride.

Besides that, eat well, stay hydrated, exercise, and get in your anti-oxidants. Good luck.
