What would you all suggest?

Im 26 and im thinning very slightly at the crown and it has been getting a bit worse the last few years. I stand pretty tall so no one notices much, but my father did. He said he and my uncle (theyre twins) started experiencing the same thing around my age. He is 52 now and is by no means bald but is noticably thinning at the same spot. While I'd be perfectly happy if I kept my hair as well as he has until my 50's I'd rather not risk it.

So...I really dont want to regrow hair but keep what I have. Would propecia be enough to do that? I see many people here mixing rogaine and propecia etc, but is that really necessary for my situation? As I said I just want to keep what Ive got, what treatments would you suggest?

Yes Propecia (Finasteride) is enough for you, particularly since it is said to work best at the crown. You might add some Ket-Shampoo and use it twice a week, but that´s not really necessary. Rogaine would be too much for you at this situation.
