Just need some help what would be better for a receding hairline 2% or 5% ahk copper peptide. seen it here.

israelite did you get any improvements with copper? Also did you get a shed, i was just wondering about 2% or 5% because some people say too much copper can be harmful. Do you think i should jump into 5% right away or ease into it with 2%. Thanks so much looking forward for some help.
