What type of hair loss do I have and what do I need to do? 27 year old Male?

I'm kind of new to this whole thing and I've noticed that my hair is thinning on the top of my head. I don't have a receding hairline, so it makes me think I have diffuse thinning, but I'm still not completely sure. Any information would be helpful from everyone, thank you.

What do I need to do to stop it? Treatments and what not?

finasteride/dutasteride. I guess you could try minoxidil but finasteride/dutasteride would work best for diffuse loss, I'd definitely try either of them before I tried something like minoxidil.
