I have slightly raised estrogen due to taking dutasteride (have been on it 4 years). I was wondering, what out of these three things would be most appropriate to take;

1200mg of l citrulline
I have all of these on hand as I have used them, however I would like to get other’s opinions on which is probably the best bet
