What to rotate with piroctone olamine?

I just got T-gel greasy w/ piroctone olamine in the mail the other day. I've been using nano and nizoral in rotation recently. Should I continue to use the t-gel in combo with the two, or should I drop one? How often should I use the T-gel?

good question. once in three days is right for the nizoral but i think you should be using nano more than that ideally. depends how much faith you have in the t-gel i guess. nano and nizoral are a lot more proven....dont know.

tgel 2 x, nizoral 2 x, nano 3x maybe. personally i like to use nizoral and nano more than that. been meaning to try the tgel for a while though.

either that or create an eighth day between sunday and monday. that could work.

I want to try the piroctone just to see how that works out.

I am scared though because what if I use it and then my hair gets worse.

PO has a greater increase on the anagen phase and hair diameter than Nizoral does. Nizoral deceases hairs shed slightly better than PO.

so if I use PO after my nizoral runs out will that be better to try?

Also how many days should I use it a week I use nizoral 2-3 days a week usually. And NANO for the rest of the days.

I cannot find any PO shampoo here in America and the only one that has PO has SLS which is bad for the follicle.

why would you use NANO as a prewash when that doesnt even lather up well?

You are supposed to use nano as the main one of all those and then nizo or PO on off days.

Offer shampooing your hair can just damage it.

Just leave the shampoos on for a good 5-6 minutes on the scalp.

oopps...ur right...i meant nano as the main but prewash with the nizoral/t-gel

for prewash I use Organic shampoo you buy at organic food stores they later up good and they are SLS an paraben free.

Where have you read this? Im under the understanding that its the other way around. But I use Body Shop P-O shampoo because its so nice for the scalp and ginger smells fresh.

I dont think a shampoo can do so much..Its just gives the other treatments some extra boost
