First of all, sorry if my english isnt fantastic, hope you do understand me.

Ive have allways had quite a high hairline, but 1 year ago, ive noticed it was getting quite bad, I was getting that M shaped frontal hair. No loss on the top tough. So ive paniced, and read on the internet about hairloss solutions.

So ive bought 7months supply of proscar (5mg cutted into 4 pieces), wich ive used every day, and it really stopped my hairloss. But ive got some huge side effects, my libido got really bad.

But since ive didnt had a GF at the time, ive chose to live with the side effects. But a few months ago, my supply was finnished, and i was really tired of the side effects, so ive dropped the drug.

My hair looked ok for a few months, but now im thining at the right frontal side of my hair. There is about 1cm of my hairline, that is disapearing.
But only at the right side...looks quite horrible..

But now I want to do something about it..what to do? What regime to start with??

I would prefer to go the topical route only, to maintain, and maybe regrow what ive lost.

But else:

1: Im thinking about jumping on proscar again, and adding L-arginine? Because ive read that it removes the side effects for most people? Is this true? Also using a little rogain on the places where my hairline has receeded. And maybe adding som nizoral shampoo a few days a week.

2: Just using rogaine.

3: revivogen?

4: ?????

Does any of you have som nice surgestions for me, it would be really nice..

Thank you!

I would definitely start with the Nizoral, you have to shampoo your hair anyway, so that one is easy.

If you are going to add a topical, you may want to look at one of the topicals that includes minoxidil plus other ingredients. You may be able to ditch the finasteride completely if you go this route, since the other ingredients suppress the formation of DHT in the scalp. Two things you might want to check out are Proxiphen

and MGF Plus

I also highly recommend a copper peptide. I use Folligen but have also used Tricomin, which is weaker and more expensive. Copper peptides are both scalp soothing and regrowth agents.
