What to do for just minor thinning at temples?

i will be 27 very shortly, and I have visible miniaturization at my temples. not really serious, and not visible to anyone but myself, but it's painfully obvious to me. i got a mature hairline at 21 and it's only just now starting to move again. i've been documenting it over the last year or so. everyone else thinks i'm crazy. but i have a small mole on my right temple and i've seen the hairline creep away from this point.

is it better to go automatic big 3 at the first, smallest sign of male pattern baldness? are treatments most effective when they're all front-loaded at the beginning of a regimen, or should I stick with just finasteride to start, then add nizoral later, then add rogaine still later? or should I use just rogaine/nizoral for now since it only appears to be at my temples?

Basically get on nizoral and propecia or you will basically just keep losing hair. Even with propecia you still might. The treatments we currently have are nothing worth writing home about.
