what to apply first rogaine foam or tricomin?

experianced people, which one first? and is there really a difference what order its applied??? can you get optimal results either way?

I don't know if i am wrong, but i first apply the tricomin and after 20 minutes i apply rogaine.
I noticed that this way reduced the irritation
