ok so i have these little spots all around my head i went to the derm and doctors like a million times and they keep telling me they dont think and dosnt look like alopecia areata ( thats what i thought) they said its folliculatis when i have little sores in my head and i scratch them off so they gave me a steroid lotion which i used before and the holes gone away! but this time its like the attack of holes all over and im using it so im guessing it will be gone soon but now that i look like my sides of my scalp my hairs are soooooo thin in the side that its literrley no hair ! and not in patches but almost the whole sides are becoming like that literrley no hair

as for the top i was told i was thinning so im on propecia week 2

heres the pics if you can give me your opinion id appreciate it since derms and doctors are useless

From what I read it sounds like you have a skin problem that is causing scarring (holes as you put it). The hair loss associated with that may unfortunately be permanent, you'll just have to clear it up and wait and see once everything heals.

what you mean the hairloss associated with it may be permanent??
anyone think its DUPA on the sides? or diffuse thinning on the top

We can't tell anything from those pictures. They're far too close and too blurry. Nevertheless, you hair looks fine from what I can see.

If you do have "holes" or "scars," yes the hair loss in those areas it probably permanent. Hair rarely grows through a scar (unless it's transplanted specifically to do so, of course).

its not a scar it grows back its just because i have little sores on my scalp and when i scratch it it makes a little hole but grows back eventully with some lotion the derm gave me its called folliculatis

anyways you think its a good idea to make an appointment with a trichologist
