what the heck is up with my hair

I have a bit of thinning in the crown and receding but in general my hair just sucks it is so dry brittle and damaged it is really weird not to mention i have like 30 totally random silver hairs around the side and back of my head they are like scattered out what the heck do i have?

not grey hairs im talking Silver

Totally normal, greying usually starts on the sides. And grey hair is'nt grey its white the greying effect is caused by the fact its mixed amongst coloured hairs.
