What Stage Of Hair Loss Am I At? Im 27 And Feel Like Im Really Starting To Notice It

Hey.. so im turning 28 soon. And im so paranoid about my hair.. I just want to know what i can expect? Ive always had a high hairline but ive just noticed along the front it has thinned a hell of alot. Also i feel like my crown is on it's way out to.. ive hward that sometimes it can stop and that will be all I loose? Or because of the stage im at I should expect to loose most of my hair at 40? I really dont want to take any medication and i hear certain things can cause you to loose more hair whsn you stop taking it?

Thank you.. those pics are under heavy lighting which somwtimes doesnt help.. so being at 1.5 doea it mean it could stay like this for awhile? Or speed up?
Im kinda thinking of holding out till im 30 and hoping they have a major breakthrough!

totally unpredictable. may just stabilize there. doesn't look too aggressive which is a good sign. try not to worry too much.

Ive just recently moved to australia. So had a big change. And just started settling down after finding full time work.

Doubtful if you have male pattern baldness

I really dont want to take any medication

Then expect to lose more hair and with it more peace of mind (if hairloss bothers you which obviously it does)




There's no way around it if you have male pattern baldness. You take aggressive measures, and possibly save your hair or buy yourself some time, or you continue to bald. Period.

there is no way that is a 1.5. Looks closer to a 3 than a 2.

Given the extent of your recession and the fact you are noticing crown thinning, it definitely will not stop unless you start medication.

That is my hair with no product in it in normal light.

hair looks really strong in those photos tbh you probably just have long temple points genetically which make it seem like your recession is worse than it is. Are you sure you are noticing crown thinning?

Well i got my gf to check and she thinks its as thick as the rest of my hair.... so maybe i need to stop beating myself up.. the demand to look pefect in todays world is tiring.
