What should I tell my doctor?

So I have a doctors appointment in a few days, just a general checkup to make sure I have no developing health problems. Typically my doctor does a lot of bloodwork and I'm just wondering if I should tell him that I've been taking dutasteride for the past 6 months. Is that something that would show up in a blood test? Should I just let him know regardless? I've been ordering it online without a prescription and I'm not sure how legal that is so I don't want to get in trouble, but I also don't want my doctor to think I have a hormone deficiency.

You should tell your doctor as the drug can mask levels of PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) used to detect prostate cancer.

Tell him. Drugs can change your blood so doctors need to look out for it.

He's a doctor, you can basically walk in with a smack needle sticking out of your arm and he still can't do ****.

Really though, if anything he'll probably give you a prescription for it.

Definitely tell him. Hes not going to report you. It just may be awkward because he may advise you to go off the drug.
