What Should I Expect When Starting Ru?

I ordered the powder and was going to start early this year rather than begin propecia.

Should I expect a shed? Should I expect any sides?

I’m a diffuse AA with noticeable miniaturized through out the scalp.

Having been on oral minoxidil for 9 months. 1.5 years into noticing any Hairloss at all from a dense base at age 39.

I've been using 150mg a day for about 2 months. I don't think my hair loss is particularly aggressive so bare that in mind, but I've experienced miniaturised hairs along my hairline becoming terminal. However, the density is really not good or anything to be getting excited about so really at best i would view RU to be a possible thickener (haven't used it long enough to really see this) and will hopefully prevent / slow down your hair loss.

Havent experienced any sides.
